To become a certified installer of ETA boilers in the UK, a heating engineer must train at the Innasol Academy. To date we’ve trained over 2,500 engineers at the Innasol Academy. Our network of experts covers the entire country, offering installation, service, repairs, and maintenance for all ETA systems, wherever you are.

Throughout much of his career, Terence has built and managed partnership and distribution networks, and he is responsible for the Innasol Partner Network which primarily distributes ETA wood pellet, chip and log biomass boilers in the UK and Ireland.
Paul Shearin – Director, Solar PV
Paul began his professional life as an Electrician, qualifying in 2003 and working primarily in construction until 2008. From this point, Paul began his journey focusing on the Renewable energy sector.

Kishor is a seasoned finance professional with a strong international focus and particular commercial skills developed across a number of different business sectors. He has a proven track record of sound decision-making and commercial achievement in both global corporate businesses and SMEs.
Neil Holland – Managing Director
Neil has worked in the energy sector for over 16 years. As one of the founders of Y Pellets, he has overseen the rise of the fastest-growing wood pellet distribution company in the UK to the point where Y Pellets now operates is fleet of seven custom-designed lorries across England and Wales.
