Innasol Installers and a Clay Pigeon
We didn’t leave a clay pigeon un-shot, or an idea about how to rock out the renewable energy industry un-tested yesterday. It started in the morning with us gathering the best biomass and eco warriors from around the United Kingdom on the stunning grounds of the Celtic Manor Resort, shooting ideas, and a few clay pigeons. It is important to Silvio (our CEO), to be close to the heat of our ever-changing industry and there is no place better than beside an installer, a plumber, or a guy who owns a great local renewable heating business, so inviting these guys to come together for activity-based networking and ideas-sharing was the way to go. These are the guys who put the face on our Innasol reputation, and bring over the quality, assurance, service and smile we associate with proven innovative energies.
We love everyone in our eco system, from the fully managed sustainable forestry guys who advise when and how to thin out forests for it’s best regeneration, to the pellet manufacturers who craft calorific efficiency in our ultra-reliable biomass boilers. From a round of golf, to shooting a few clay pigeons (or at least trying to aim at them), to gathering around the smartest brains in regulation, incentives, plumbing, delivery, renewables and the needs of the UK’s growing home and business market – we had a blast all coming together. We want to help pull the UK out of the dark ages. Did you know that UK homes are the most energy inefficient in modern Europe – 85% of homes were built more than 20 years ago! (Electric and oil (other) heating systems account for 15% of total dwellings, but 20% of CO2 emissions.)
In fact, as a team, we really felt like a Superpower.
That is what Innasol installers are about, gathering the best of supply, the best of delivery, bringing them together in one focused centre that is genuine in making a mark on green decisions for the future.
Greg Barker summed up the evening well with his discussion about the blue skies for renewables, sharing insights and inspiration about what opportunities we have ahead of us. As a team, that we are equipped and like no other time in history, ready to make meaningful contributions to the disastrous effects of climate change and fossil fuel over-exhaustion.![]()
From commercial biomass to the heater at home that might be broken from the last winter. We are ready, and empowered as the team we always wished for, to come and make a difference in renewable heat. It was a great feeling on the day, wish you were here. For now, you can get an idea of this passion by getting a free heat assessment by signing up.
No clay pigeons were hurt during our day. Although we did bruise a few of our own egos, as we realised our expertise is absolutely in the area of heat financing, head pods, biomass and broken heaters. Renewable heat in the UK has been restrained by a lack of awareness and understanding of the benefits of the renewable heating solutions available, and we see our expertise, as being able to positively contribute to this!
