Though we had numerous opportunities to diversify our offering, change our suppliers or find cheaper products to sell we never allowed the temptation to compromise our primary principles and core values. We stayed different, and that meant we were able to stay the best.

Perhaps our greatest strength has been in our network of local installers. Wherever you are in the UK we have people local to you who will come and install your boiler and be there for maintenance, repair or call out when needed.
We have built a network of over 140 installers across the UK comprising almost 2,500 engineers all of whom have been trained to our standards and are up to speed with the newest models, parts and best practice.
