Setting Partners Up for Success
Since 2010, Innasol has deployed more than 400MW of renewable heat capacity – a figure we are very proud of! With the exclusive distribution rights to innovative technologies from ETA, all of our products feature world-class design and state-of-the-art manufacturing. This enables our partners to offer the very best biomass boilers, air source and ground source heat pumps to their customers all over the UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland. Our experienced local partners who train in our academy are installing new heating systems in homes and businesses across the country every day – tried and tested biomass and heat pump heating technologies that have kept continental Europe clean, cost-effective and warm for decades.
Innasol’s Training Academy
One of the key elements the video picks up on is Innasol’s training academy, based at the headquarters here in Essex. The training is at the heart and soul of Innasol and is what sets our partners up for success. Training courses range from sales and product training to technical and hands-on training. With over 2000 engineers already having passed through the academy, it is safe to say it creates an example of leadership for others to follow. In addition, we are also proud to say we run our customer excellence programme to qualify certified partners – the industry’s first accreditation scheme.

In a recent interview with CEO Silvio Spiess and managing director Colm Lawlor. Silvio gives his view on the secret to Innasol’s success and the importance of thorough training. Colm takes time out to discuss the benefits of ETA boilers and briefly touches upon the ease of installations, operations, space-saving, and longevity of ETA units. With this in mind, brighter future and took a look at a recent installation by one of our certified partners – Artisan. As one of the UK’s largest renewable energy distributors, our installation consisted of four ETA biomass boilers, which the college believed sat with their institution’s ethos. They explain the reasons behind why they chose biomass and the implications it had.
