Innasol Group appoint new CEO
Innasol, the UK’s leading renewable energy company with a nationwide network of more than 150 partners, appoint new CEO, Chris Noblet.
Despite the rough time the renewable energy market has had the future is looking bright for us again and it seems as though it is the right time for a new leader to take the business into a new direction. We are very excited to see what Chris can bring to Innasol, but we can’t forget Silvio, Innasol founder and naturally CEO since the beginning – what an achievement! “I am very happy that we could get Chris on board and to handover the CEO role to him now, as after the exciting journey Innasol had so far with its partners the time is mature now to develop the company and its business to the next stage. I will move to a non-executive director´s role within Innasol and will stay closely related to our business.”
Chris is a very experienced business leader and has a track record of growing successful businesses in many sectors, with an obvious passion for customer service. He was brought into the business to bring some focus to the UK renewable energy market, build scalability into the business and to grow it over the coming years.
We had a chat with Chris to see what he has in store for us, here are a few of our key learnings;
WHAT ARE YOUR MAIN OBJECTIVES AS THE NEW INNASOL CEO?
“In the short term we will continue to build upon the excellent partner network we have today, distributing not only biomass boilers and heat pumps but the new world class products that we have recently added to our portfolio. Longer term we will develop the company into the country’s leading green energy provider, delivering heat as a service and green energy in the form of Energy Service Contracts to both the domestic and non – domestic sectors.”
WHAT ABOUT THE RENEWABLE ENERGY INDUSTRY MADE YOU WANT TO GET ON BOARD?
“The renewable energy sector has so much potential and I believe I can lead Innasol to achieve the most out of it. The UK needs to both reduce its carbon footprint and establish energy independence and the renewable industry will play a key role in achieving both those objectives. Despite the reduction in the RHI tariff, it is still true that, for a relatively modest initial investment, organisations can secure free fuel for the next 20 years in a time of fluctuating energy prices – who would not want that??”
SO, WHY INNASOL?
“I believe that delivering high quality products with excellent support is the foundation of any successful business, and I we already have that. By selecting premium products with a lower total cost of ownership than cheaper counter parts, and working through fully trained installers has built a business that is in prime position to deliver against the opportunities that exist in the market today. I am glad to be here to take Innasol to the next level, it is really quite exciting!”
As with everything at Innasol, we’re proud of what we help to achieve, install and maintain every day. We’re constantly improving our offering, always searching for the best in renewable energy and efficient power solutions, for our customers, our partners, and the planet.
