Sole trader Partners and Employees of Partners Company

  • Information required to perform credit checks (Partners only) and Companies House director checks (in limited circumstances);
  • Information on participation and completion of modules at Partner Academy;
  • Feedback received from customers as part of the Customer Excellence Programme; and
  • Bank account and payment details where necessary for the purposes of payment processing.

3. HOW WILL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU BE USED AND SHARED?

Website Users

The information we collect allows us to:

  • Administer our website and provide customer services;
  • Communicate with you;
  • Investigate any complaints about the website;

  • and Gather management information to form statistical and trend analysis.

With your consent, our Partners provide us with your details as part of your purchase of an Innasol product, so that you can participate in our Customer Excellence Programme. The purpose of this is to ensure that Innasol has accurate details on your purchase to be able to respond to any queries or complaints you may have about your product and to contact you about your Partner experience and your happiness with you purchase. With your consent we may also send you information and updates about Innasol products and services. You may contact us atinfo@innasol.com or the Partner who installed your product to opt out of this Programme. We may use third parties to assist us in contacting you for feedback or to provide you with updates, and you may be contacted directly by such third parties on our behalf. However, at all times, we will control and be responsible for the use of your information.

Sole Trader Partners and Employees of Partners

The information that we collect allows us to:

  • Communicate with you;
  • Administer our relationship with you as a Partner;
  • Provide the products and services that you have ordered;
  • Inform you of similar Innasol products or services;
  • Conduct credit and director checks to determine creditworthiness;
  • Facilitate and maintain records of your participation in training at our Partner Academy; and
  • Meet legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.

We may share your personal data with other group entities for group management purposes.

We may employ the services of a third party to help us in certain areas, such as website hosting, payment processing, public relations and marketing. In some cases the third party may receive your information. However, at all times, we will control and be responsible for the use of your information.

In the course of joining the Innasol network as a Partner, it may be necessary to determine your creditworthiness. We do this by conducting credit searches about you at credit reference agencies and conducting director searches about you using publicly available information. Please note that these checks are not conducted on individual employees.

Credit reference agencies will record details of any search, whether or not your credit score is satisfactory. This information may be used by other subscribers for credit decisions. Credit searches and other information which is provided to us and/or the credit reference agencies about you and anyone with whom you are linked financially may be used by us if credit decisions are made about you and anyone with whom you are linked financially or other members of your household.
